スパ吉生麺のめんたいパスタ

吉祥寺のハモニカ横町にある「スパ吉」の生麺で作っためんたいパスタ。

一食分で１５０円とお買い得でいつも夕方には売り切れるほど人気です。

もちもちの生パスタで乾麺とはラーメン屋の麺とカップラーメンの麺ほど違います。

無添加明太子がもっと普及しないかな。
